The short version: pieces are made to order, so we cannot take them back — but we repair, and we are easy to reach if anything goes wrong.
Returns, refunds & repairs
Every piece is made for the order it belongs to, so once an order is placed we are not able to return or refund it. If you are unsure about a size or a stone before ordering, write to us first — we would far rather help you choose than have you receive something that isn't right.
If anything is wrong with your piece, or it is damaged at any point, reach out to us. We repair, and we would always rather bring a piece back to its best than leave you with something you cannot wear.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Work on your piece begins as soon as the order comes through, which is why we ask you to be sure before confirming.
Shipping
Timelines depend on where your order is going, and on the schedules of the third-party couriers we work with.
Ready-to-ship pieces take a minimum of one week. Pieces that need to be made take up to a maximum of 45 days. We will tell you which applies to your order.
Shipping is free everywhere in India. International shipping is charged by destination country — please write to us for a rate before you place the order, so there are no surprises at checkout.
